Miley Cyrus is slated to remake Bret Michael’s 1980′s song “Every Rose Has Its Thorn.”
If you don’t know Bret, he is the former front man of the band Poison, and is best known today for his VH1 dating show “Rock of Love.”
Miley’s mom Tish said about Miley’s plan to remake the song: “‘Every Rose’ is one of her all-time favorite songs and she is really excited about cutting it.”
Turns out that Miley’s first-ever concert she attended, aside from her Dad Billy Ray’s, was Poison.
Rumor has it that Bret might even be on the track with Miley. Are you excited for this remake?

Former Poison frontman? Bret has always been in Poison, do your research Disney..Poison just toured this past summer with Def Leppard & Cheap Trick…Bret will never leave Poison…period

OMG!! Please do not let her ruin an absolute classic rock ballad. Let us middle aged people enjoy our music as it was in it’s original form. I cringe when I hear these untalented young people try to remake a song…..why can’t they just be original and make something great of their own?
I agree fully with Angela this is a travisty. Miley Ray Cyrus is a horrible singer and actor and this is quite possibly one of the best songs of all time. I hate this idea.
I agree!! That is a great original song written and performed by Bret. I never thought Miley was a very good singer, she will butcher this song!!!
