Remember back a few months ago when Vanessa Hudgens’ second batch of nude photos hit the web? Well Vanessa is suing the website www.moejackson.com for posting the photos.

The pictures are registered by Vanessa with the U.S. Copyright Office and have yet to be taken off of the moejackson website even though her lawyers have contacted the website demanding they be removed.

Vanessa has now filed a federal lawsuit against the site.
