Last week the Walt disney Company acquired Marvel Entertainment, and now the Disney Company has strengthened its partnership with one of Marvel’s creators, Stan Lee.

Disney has acquired a 10% stake of Stan’s Pow Entertainment for $2.5 million. Part of the new deal Disney made says that Disney gets “exclusive consulting services” with Pow Entertainment as well as some rights to the company’s work.

Stan has said that he is very happy with Disney’s acquisition of Marvel.
