Justin Bieber employes the help of a “Swagger Coach.”

Urban Dictionary defines Swagger as:

How one presents him or her self to the world. Swagger is shown from how the person handles a situation. It can also be shown in the person’s walk.

Justin’s coach’s name is Ryan Good, and he formally assisted Usher, who Justin is signed under.

So what exactly does Justin get out of having a Swagger coach? Justin says that his coach “helps me and teaches me different swaggerific things to do.”

No wonder Justin is so good with the ladies!
