David Archuleta is headed to Central America to do some work for charity – he took to Twitter to tell fans the news:
“Hey guys, tomorrow I’m heading out to Central America for the week for some charity work, and don’t know how my phone service will be while I’m there. I’ll try to keep you posted and will get a blog up in a couple of days! Sorry that I haven’t made one in a while, but I’m stoked! I should have someway of tweeting you guys still, don’t worry lol. If not I’ll find a way! Even though I’m not all too interesting lol.”

David has been working very hard. This appears to be the first long break he has had in over a year. For him to utilize part of his time off to do charity work (note: charity work is charity work is charity work–period) shows what type of person he is. He is the epitome of what a role model should be like for our youth who have so many bad role models that they idolize and emulate, unfortunately. David is also a real talent who is not yet appreciated by the masses the way he should be. In another country, his music would be more appreciated and recognized for the superiortiy that it is. Your fans love you and appreciate all that you do for them and the world. We will always have your back. Be safe on your trip.
