The ABC Television Channel has just picked up two new comedies – one starring Carlos Mencia and the other starring Cedric the Entertainer.
Mencia’s show will be based on his own life and stand-up comedy act. The show comes from writers Mitchel Katlin and Nat Bernstein.
Cendric’s show, which is written by Al Higgins and Devon Shepard, features Cedric as a retired baseball player turned radio host who is forced to seriously look at himself as a father when his son and granddaughter re-enter his life.
Are you excited to see how either of these shows turn out?
