Yesterday, Sunday, January 10th, a memorial service was held for Walt Disney’s nephew Roy E. Disney at Hollywood’s El Capitan Theater.

At the memorial there were live performances as well as clips from Roy’s award-winning movies. The 1,000 guests were asked to avoid wearing the color black, as this was a celebration of Roy’s life, rather than a mourning of this passing.

Roy helped on the following list of Disney movies:
- Beauty and the Beast
- The Little Mermaid
- Aladdin
- The Lion King
- Fantasia 2000

You will be missed Roy!
