The dresses are so cute
Those look like costumes; they are truly horrific. I like Miley’s outfit better.
Sl**** eighties wanna be Madonna wear. I’d die before I put my kids into this.
So, this means inside she’s really a stripper/hooker??? Give me a break, these are not girls dresses, these are something you’d see on an aging streetwalker, not a child.
Are you guys kidding me? What is SO bad about these dresses? Their cute, and fashionable. You so called ‘parents’ act like your putting your daughter in a belly top and booty shorts. Get a life, these dresses are adorable. Beauty pageant dresses are worse, to top of all the make up and fake stuff they do.
This is just fodder for child molesters and pedophiles. It doesn’t matter if pageant wear is “worse.” It’s ALL wrong. Why strip the innocence from our girls any sooner than the media would already like?
My girls have worn Ooh La La for years. In real life it is a tank top attached to a tutu skirt. Cute frilly and completely innocent. The stockings & gloves aren’t sold with their dresses. If she were wearing a plain white tee from the Gap with that stuff she’d look like a hooker. The dresses are beautiful and original and not half as suggestive as lots of the clothing in any mall in America.
More to the point, with prices beginning at $90 you have to wonder who, in this economic situation, will pay that much for what one commenter noted is little more than a tank top attached to a tutu skirt.
@Hillary: agree with you 100%
Good grief people. Why on earth do parents want to dress their little girls like grownup women and then wonder why perverts are looking at them? It’s a parents job to protect their children not put them on display. Recently a (well-meaning) person tried to give me a mini-skirt and halter-top for my 3 yr old daughter, I said thank you and then got rid of it. For every person that might have said, “oh how cute,” there will be some pervert out there thinking other things. I may not be able to always shield my kids but I will make sure they are dressed appropriately.
“The collection’s trendy, sweet, yet edgy feel, is reminiscent of Emily’s true personality.” Umm…exactly what does a 8-yr old know about being “edgy?”
These are a nightmare. Put a REAL tutu on your kid and give them 2 months of ballet at a studio for the same price!
hello i think that the collection of emily is very nice but too emily want’s be more than noah cyrus.
Just because Disney is behind these clothes doesn’t make them right for our daughters and just because it looks like a “tutu” doesn’t make it cute. It boils down to the exploitation of women… oh wait these clothes aren’t for women… they are for little girls.
It is shameful…
i love it the collection
I don’t see the whole fuss over the clothes?
tbh If i had a daughter I wouldnt put this on her, mostly because its tasteless. Not cute, or whatever this may be trying too do.
ithink there really cute but there really exspensive
These are a little edgy, but still cute!
These dresses are so cute but they are REALLY expensive.
omg how do u buy them?
im in australia and i really want one how do i do it? <3
omg expensive!
Emily,
You are so adorbs!!!!!! I ove your clothing line! I know a lady who would love to buy one of these dresses for her 6 year old daughter! I will tell her about your website!!!! And no matter what the crap people are saying always believe in your dreams!!!
These dresses are too cute! Too bad they don’t come in size 16. Emily Grace Reaves is a really good fashion designer; this isn’t her only clothing line.
this is truly horrific! they are programming these underage girls into sexuality thats whats up with the whole feline prints. open ur eyes people
