In the Fall of this year, pizza lovers will be able to try some slices at a new authentic pizzeria opening at Epcot’s Italy Pavilion.

The restaurant will house 300 guests and will have traditional Florentine architecture with vaulted ceilings and of course, outside dining!

To make the restaurant as authentic as possible, water will be imported form a source where the composition most resembles the water used in Naples, Italy – which will help to make the italian dough as authentic as can be.

Mmm, now we’re hungry!

Better Than Ezra Honored That Taylor Swift Performed “Breathless” At Hope For Haiti Now Telethon

January 26, 2010 |  by  |  2 Comments

Last week Taylor Swift performed the song “Breathless” by Better Than Ezra at the “Hope For Haiti Now” telethon, and the group is honored.

Better Than Ezra singer Kevin Griffin told MTV News:

“We found out early last week that there was a good chance Taylor would do one of our songs for the ‘Hope for Haiti Now’ telethon. In the past, Taylor has done Better Than Ezra songs live so I knew that she was a fan of the band. Obviously, we were thrilled when she performed ‘Breathless.’ I really liked her and the band’s arrangement. It was an inspired night of music for a truly worthy cause. To have a song that I’ve written be performed in the company of classics such as ‘Lean on Me,’ ‘Hallelujah’ and ‘Bridge Over Troubled Water’ was an honor. We’re thrilled with the success of the telethon and feel humbled to have been a part of it.”

What did you think of Taylor’s performance?

Taylor Swift Talks About Next Album After “Fearless”

January 26, 2010 |  by  |  7 Comments

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone Magazine, Taylor Swift talked about her next album after “Fearless.” She said:

“I like to have two years in between albums, so if you take Fearless and go forward two years, that’s my ideal place to put out the next record, because I think two years of growth and development and feelings and life intake, love intake, emotion output, is my preferred formula for albums right now.

I write as life happens to me, and I’m writing so much lately. It’s been crazy. So I think that it’s fun making an album, knowing that two days before you’re scheduled to have the last master in, and everything finished, and they’re about to go print up the booklets, I can write something, call up my producer, we can get in the studio, put a rush on it, get an overnight mix, and that can be a last-minute addition to the record. I’ve had that happen on both my first and second album, the last minute, 11th hour songs.”

We can’t wait for Taylor’s next album!
