Melissa Joan Hart, famous for her role on “Sabrina The Teenage Witch” will be on a new series on ABC Family later this year called “Melissa & Joey.”
ABC Family has already agreed to air 10 episodes of the show which will star both Melissa and ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” alumn, Joey Lawrence.
The show is a comedy about Melissa’s character having to take over care of her niece and nephew after her sister goes to prison and her brother-in-law leaves town. Joey’s role is that of the family “manny” (male nanny).
Paul Lee, the President of ABC Family, said about the show: “We love Melissa and Joey. Melissa has a long history on the network, and she and Joey recently starred in the network’s original movie, ‘My Fake Fiance,” which broke records for the network last year. They have fantastic chemistry and are just so relatable to our viewers. We knew we wanted to get them together again, and developed this comedy specifically with them in mind.”

The show “Huge” tracks the lives of six teens at a weight-loss camp who have to delve beneath the surface to find out who they really are, as well as to discover the truth about each other.
