Well, I thought that was horrible. Taylor could not sing Rhiannon. She tried to talk her way through it. Nicks seemed like she was unsure how to harmonize with Taylor and she was out of tune. When Taylor did her own song she did a better job, but she was still out of tune. Nicks did a better job harmonizing on Taylors song, then Taylor did on hers. Wow, that was truly awful. Taylor did a bad job and did Stevie Nicks voice drop another octave? Her voice is deeper than mine.
It was truly horrible. Unfortunately, Taylor did a rotten job singing … period. Poor Stevie, who’s obviously a veteran singer, was unable to harmonize with Taylor (like Bill mentioned) likely due to the fact that Stevie had no idea what note Taylor was going to sing next! To my ear, Stevie was on key while Taylor just sang whatever note she wanted to making the duet sound just awful. Sorry Taylor, but last night’s Grammy performance with Stevie was terrible … and it was completely your fault. Congrats to Taylor anyway … she’s doing just awesome … just a bad night, that’s all
