The Walt Disney Company has announced that Disney Japan will be acquiring Retail Networks Co – the company that owns and operates each Disney Store retail location in the country.
Disney Japan will be acquiring Retail Networks Co from its parent company Oriental Land.
This acquisition will be final in April 2010.
