Taylor Swift has already begun writing songs for her next album which is expected to release later this year.
The first single off of of Taylor’s record should be released late this summer or early in the fall.
Scott Borchetta, the Executive at Big Machine Records told USA Today: “She was on an amazing writing spree through December and January, and we were able to go in and cut all those things. If she writes something great between now and July, it will go on the record. She’s been extraordinarily prolific the last six months.”
Taylor is so busy lately, currently in Australia for her “Fearless” tour there. Scott says: “The next time you see her will likely be on the ACM Awards show. During that time, we’re going to have a new video, but as far as the talking head of Taylor Swift, that one’s gone into hiding for a little bit, at least on this continent.”

I can’t wait for the release! The Fearless Platinum Edition is my favourite CD since 8 MONTHS, so I think her new album will be great!
can’t wait! but, there is no telling what will be the reaction. there very well may be a lot of great songs, but fearless won every award, got all the attention, had 10 number one billboard singles. its just its hard to beat what came out of fearless
