Photographer Jennifer Barry has created a calendar featuring everyone’s favorite David Archuleta and is selling the image-filled calendar on Qoop.com for $21.
Money from sales of the calendar goes to the Utah chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Jennifer said about her calendar creation: “This year instead of waiting for a fundraiser to begin, I created it myself as I was inspired by David’s charity speech [in January]. I have been wanting to help support Crush MS through photos I have taken of David. So, this year, I made a 2010 David Calendar called ‘Be The Change.’ All proceeds will go to help support the fight against MS… whether you purchase this calendar or not, please make this the year YOU make a difference!”

Thank you so much Disney Dreaming for posting information about the calendar I created of David to help raise money and awareness of MS, which afflicts so many people world-wide and there is no known cure so all money received goes to valuable research and to fund so many important programs to help those afflicted with MS. Many people are unable to work and end up having so much in healthcare costs that these programs help to pay for them.
Your help is greatly needed. Thank you so much!
So far almost 100 calendars have been bought. I have bought 5 as gifts….who do you know that wants a David calendar? Currently there isn’t one you can buy in the stores…so, here is one you can use and love for years to come!!
Oh my gosh I just did it get for this year of 2010 calendar for like somewhere from the calendar store from the mall.but I just wished I would like have one of those clendar with David Archuleta so bad.and I loved it so much Jennifer
It’s a nice thought however I don’t think it’s all that great. Who is Jennifer Barry and why is this something I really ought to buy? I’ll just donate to the MS society directly, thank you.
I do love David Archuelta though, and this inspires me to make my own calendar!

I have seen artwork from other David fans and I’d love to see a calendar made by some of these other talented fans. Or yes, I would love to make something on my own too. I’m definately inspired to make something of my own creation, it seem so easy to do!
I’m trying to understand where the motivation comes from. And maybe I can do the same things you do too. Or maybe not, my family would probably start to turn on me. I know, I’ll make a calendar of my family. That would be a better use of my time. And I’ll donate money on my own. This is a revelation.

Hope all goes well. Yes, there are many talented fans! The motivation is I met someone who has MS, a friend of the Archuleta’s and he is an amazing person and despite having MS has the most uplifting postive outlook…that in itself is inspiring and is the motivation for this calendar because I wanted to help.
Oh, for sure, make a Family calendar…they would love it…one of my next projects I hope…after I do one to help “Plane To Hait”
