Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas did an amazing job performing the song “This Is Me” at Walt Disney World’s Epcot theme park last night, February 12th.

The duo performed two songs, the one you can check out above and their new duet “Make A Wave” for the Disney’s Friends For Change Program which promotes environmental awareness – you can check out that video here.
