Congratulations to John Lasseter, the creator of Disney/Pixar’s Toy Story, who was inducted into the Toy Hall of Fame on Saturday, February 13th.

John’s induction took place at the Toy Industry Association Toy of the Year Awards Banquet at Chelsea Piers in New York City.
While John is best known for his work on Toy Story, he has also worked on the movie Cars and has worked on film-inspired toys and products for nearly 15 years.

Another Disney legend, Walt Disney, was inducted into the Toy Hall of Fame in 1987.
Other famous names pictured in the images above include Neil Friedman, the President of Mattel, and Andy Mooney, the Chairman of Disney Consumer Products.
