Rumor has it that Taylor Swift, who’s lucky number is 13, thought that she would be even luckier if she had the number tattooed on her arm.
Fans of Taylor’s know that she draws the number on her hand before each of her performances, and we’re guessing her getting a tattoo of the number would save her some time before shows where she has to get creative with markers – but her parents have stopped her from inking herself.
A source said: “Taylor has this weird connection with the number 13 which goes back to when she was a kid. It’s her lucky number. Every time she has won an award she has sat in seat number 13, and the number keeps cropping up in good times for her. She was even going to get a tattoo on her arm but her folks have stepped in and convinced her it could be kind of unlucky for her look.”
But why is the number 13 so important to Taylor? In a past interview the country star said: “I was born on the 13th. I turned 13 on Friday the 13th. My first album went gold in 13 weeks. My first number 1 song had a 13-second intro. Every time I’ve won an award I’ve been seated in either the 13th seat, the 13th row, the 13th section or row M, which is the 13th letter.”

She shouldn’t get it as big as it is on her hand in the picture… but a small 13 on the wrist or ankle or back would be cute.
