UGH! We are not happy with tonight’s episode of “LOST” on ABC. And here’s why:
WHERE ARE OUR ANSWERS?
No offense, LOST, but you told us you would be answering all of our questions this season, and as much as you claim in the “scenes from next week” clip at the end of tonight’s episode that you will next week, we’re not sure we believe you!
First off, as far as episode 5 goes this last season of LOST, Claire is crazy – and we’re just waiting for Sayid to end up just the same way.
Here’s one of our guesses about Claire – she’s now friends with “Locke,” which means she’s a recruit of his. We’re wondering if Sayid will be the next to join the recruits, and we know Sawyer already has. Not seeing Sawyer this episode leads us to believe he might be somewhere turning into someone similar to Claire. Maybe “Locke” puts ideas in his “recruits” heads to make them untrusting of everyone else so they will become more trusting of him.
As much as Claire is freaking out about Aaron, she walked away from him to see her dead father on the island last season. She left him, he wasn’t taken from her. So why does she think that he was? Well, “Locke” told her. But why? To get her as a recruit we bet.
As far as Jack goes and him finally seeing that he was meant to come to the island when he and Hurley ended up at the lighthouse, we’re a little upset that they didn’t tell us whose name was at 108 degrees (UPDATE: E! has reported that 108 is the sum of LOST’s infamous numbers, 4, 8, 15, 16, 23 and 42) – where Hurley was supposed to turn the gear toward.
Our guess is Whidmore, Aaron or Shannon. What are your guesses?
And what’s with Jack having a kid in his alternate reality?
We almost feel like the creators of LOST are trying to drive us crazy, so that when the series is over at the end of this season, we will all breathe a sigh of relief and have our lives, and our sanity, back!
Lets discuss…

this was a poor recap
sure there weren’t as many answers as one would’ve liked, but the episode was of season 1 quality, which is the highest compliment i can give
so you may not be happy, but maybe that’s more because you watch the show for the wrong reasons than the show not meeting expectation
u r totally crazy, im driving insane jajaja! WE WANT ANSWERS!
u r totally right i meant to say, sorry not crazy, thks for your review!
i love LOST but i really feel theat they have lost loads of views by dragging it out way too much!
Wow, I feel like this was written sarcastically because you are doing what Lost has made people do for the last 5 seasons, Discuss. And in order to answer our questions, they need to explain other things and make it exciting, which they have been doing. The big reveal last week was the numbers have a significance beyond just Jacob liking them. Also, John Locke was right when he said that they were meant to come to the island, and that’s what Jack needs. This episode almost revealed too much for me, and I think it’s because all of the upcoming episodes are gonna be packed with answers beyond our wildest dream.
Oh, and I’m hoping for Juliet to be David’s mom.
