Billy Ray Cyrus “won” the award for Worst Supporting Actor in the Hannah Montana movie – joining the JoBros who also won a Razzie for Worst Actors (Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience).

This awarding of insulting recognition to the Jonas Bros. and to Nick Jonas are obvious examples of jealousy over their musicianship and global popularity.

Winning the Razzie Award is actually an honor in its own. There have been a lot of famous actors who have won the award and graciously accepted it and then went on to do some fabulous roles e.g. Sandra Bullock to name one. I am a huge fan of Billy Ray Cyrus and also the Jonas Brothers. They are all very talented musicians and as far as acting goes, they are also very entertaining. I would go to see any movie that Billy Ray Cyrus stars in and I don’t see that many movies as a general rule. He acts from his heart and the roles he has had so far haven’t been all that challenging, but I love watching him. I loved him in Hannah Montana the Movie and Christmas in Canaan was another great role for him. I hope he continues to act as well as sing.
