ABC Family Original Movie “Beauty And The Briefcase”

A new ABC Family Original Movie “Beauty And The Briefcase,” starring Hilary Duff and Matt Dallas from Disney XD’s Kyle XY is premiering on Sunday, April 18th from 8-10pm ET/PT.

The movie is based on the book “Diary of a Working Girl” by Daniella Brodsky. In the movie, Hilary’s character, Lane Daniels, is a fashion journalist whose career and love life intersect when she pitches the article “Switching Careers to Find Love” to Cosmopolitan Magazine. The editor loves the idea and there’s a chance it could turn into a cover story!

However, to pull the undercover story off, Lane has to land a corporate job. Her next step is to find a number of eligible guys in the office and date as many of them as possible – but will taking on a job and the task of undercover writing at the same time be something Lane can handle easily?

Luckily, Lane is taken under the wing of her new boss Tom who teachers her the ropes at her new job at the investment bank Thompson/Fulworth. At the office Lane also develops a crush on Seth, played by Matt Dallas, and another crush on a gorgeous music producer Liam.

Lane must choose between her cover story and her love life, but will the decision she makes pan out the way she expects?
