Three-year-old Mackenzie was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor in 2008. Doctors were able to remove 85% of the tumor, however Mackenzie must go to the doctor often to have MRIs done to make sure there is no new growth of the tumor.
A friend of Mackenzie’s family told the Kids Wish Network charity about her situation, and the charity gave MacKenzie her wish!
MacKenzie wished to visit Walt Disney World with her family.
MacKenzie’s mom Lisa said: “MacKenzie loves princesses and castles and that’s why she chose this for her wish. At Disney she got to meet Cinderella and was very excited about it. She was shy but she took a picture and got to talk to her. She wanted to do it again after it was over. Just seeing the whole trip through all of our kids’ eyes was awesome. It’s something we wouldn’t have been able to do without Kids Wish Network.”
