FOX News spoke with Justin Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun, about his recent arrest over the Justin Bieber Fan Event held place last year at the Roosevelt Mall where the mall claims that Scooter did not send out a Tweet in time canceling the event.

Although how it’s the fault of Scooter we’re unclear – shouldn’t the mall have been in charge if they were the ones in charge of security and fan safety?
