In a recent interview with MTV News, Usher talks about why he made the move to sign pop sensation Justin Bieber and to elevate his career to what it is today. Usher admits that he thinks Justin is a prodigy because of his musical talent, his charisma and how quickly he can learn how to play instruments and learn dance moves.
