Last night David Henrie and his brother allegedly started a fight with an unknown person at Universal CityWalk.
The police were called to intervene and David and his brother were taken into custody and cited for a misdemeanor offense. Their father picked them up from the station this morning.

They were assaulted by several Universal Studio security guards. They did not provoke the guards. I think they should sue Universal.
