Actor Sam Claflin has signed on for the next installment of Walt Disney Pictures “Pirates” movies titled “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.”
Sam is from the UK and attended The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. After his studies he landed the role in the historical mini-series “The Pillars of the Earth” alongside actors Ian McShane, Rufus Sewell, Matthew MacFadyen and Donald Sutherland. Sam also acted in the telefilm “The Lost Future.”
Pirates 4 is expected to hit theaters on May 20, 2011. We can’t wait – he looks like a cutie!
