Walt Disney Studios New Marketing Chief MT Carney

MT Carney has been named the new Marketing Chief of Walt Disney Studios. Carney is a founding partner of Naked Communications – a communication strategy and planning firm. Before beginning Naked Communications she was the worldwide planning director at Ogilvy & Mather (we’re jealous!).

At Disney Carney will be overseeing the marketing of Disney’s movie releases across theatrical release as well as release on DVD, Blu-ray, digital and pay TV.

This marks the first time Disney has had a Marketing Chief since Fall 2009. Congratulations to Carney on her new position at the Walt Disney Company!
