Fourth grader Hannah Estes recently visited Walt Disney World’s Animal Kingdom where she found a grammatical error on one of the signs while waiting in line for the Primeval Whirl ride. The sign read “one seconds,” and Hannah said:
Because I learned in Ms. Bennett’s class that a singular number can’t be with a plural word, and so that’s what it was, and it wasn’t right.
Hannah took a picture of the sign and mailed it to Disney officials, who then wrote back to her telling her the mistake would be corrected soon.
We wonder how long that mistake had been there?

This is a hilarious story… so proud of those TEXAS TEACHERS !! Kudos to education, there IS still hope for this next generation. Now.. what did Disney reward this youngster for her finding… a paper certificate we are told…. YIKES. Now that is disappointing for our happiest place on earth… maybe there will be a 2nd chapter to this story- we hear this story has made it across the pond all the way over to UK and beyond…
