Rumor has it that ABC may be picking up the recently canceled “Ghost Whisperer” television show. The ABC Studios had a hand in the production of the show, so it would be a great fit if the series ended up airing on the network.
Even though “Ghost Whisperer” has been sold into syndication, there are a number of fans who are unhappy that there may be no future episodes of the show.
Do you have your fingers crossed that ABC picks up the series and create more episodes?

Most certainly I want to see ABC pick up The Ghost Whisperer!! My whole family is up in arms over this cancellation and I’m no longer watching CBS. I like the Medium also but anything that is decent gets canceled so I’m no longer even watching local news with affiliation to CBS. You will definitely have the gratitude of so many fans if you do pick this series up!
Teresa, I am sure CBS will be alarmed to hear your family will no longer watch it and will immediately reverse it’s decision (eye roll). It does surprise me that Ghost Whisperer, a show that was often on top of it’s time slot, would be canceled. I would think ABC would be wise to heavily promote and give the show another shot.
This is the final straw. I am done with CBS. First you cancel GUIDING LIGHT! And now this? Ghost Whisperer is a fanastic show and I hope ABC picks it up. Goodbye CBS, I wont watch anymore. I suppose I’ll just have to miss out on Numbers and Criminal Minds, but you will probably cancel those too before I even get a chance. Are you trying to fail as a Telvision Channel?
ummm Hate to break it to you Danielle but Numbers was cancelled the same day of GW along with Old Christine, Gary Unmarried and about 5 other shows on the network
I have my fingers crossed that ABC picks up Ghost Whisperer. A few of my favorite shows got cancelled this season. GW may not have the largest audience but it definately has many devoted fans. I watch with my teenage girls every week. Many viewers were disappointed over the “Sam” issue but it’s almost forgotten about and the most recent season was great.

I can’t believe it. Not even descent enough to give us a Series Finale. This is why we dont like networks anymore. You can’t trust them. I hope ABC will be smart and pick up.

Sure hope it is true that ABC has picked up Ghost Whisperer. I always look forward to Friday nights….it has become a ritual almost. Getting a snack & wine ready before hand so not to miss a moment of the show.
hope ABC will continue to air ghost whisperer we filipinos are a huge fan of the show, even in school when my cousin walk on the hallway she would hear ” oh! i love melinda” ” jim is so handsome”. When we heard about it honestly a lot of us cry… please ABC bring it backkkk

I never miss an episode of the show. But whoever picks up the show, “go easy on the eye makeup, and the sets of eyelashes”. During her first couple of yrs. on the show, the make up was very natural. By the last yr. She had lost to much wt. and at least 2 pr. of eyelashes and the blush looked like 2 swipes(a swipe on the left and right cheek). It looked terrible on such a beautiful young lady. She don’t deserve that.

I am really stunned. I’ve never would have expected that. It doesn’t make sense. Why would you cancel such a good thrilling show just because some numbers dropped and not making enough money. That show has more value than that. I really think it’s a good show and you can easily get hooked on it.
I have checked so many different sites because I just cannot believe this is true. I feel like some part of me is missing now because this show meant so much to me. So many things were left unanswered and they should’ve made a new season to, at least, tie up those loose ends. I still can’t believe this wonderful show is cancelled.
