Pixar has just announced that it has opened a new branch of its film animation company in Vancouver, Canada. This branch of the company will be in charge of creating animated shorts and television specials – more specifically, the people at Pixar Canada will focus initially on creating shorts and specials about some of Pixar’s most beloved characters from Cars and Toy Story.

We can’t wait to see what projects come out of Pixar Canada and we are also really excited because this offers new Disney/Pixar job opportunities for people living up North! Any chance you’ll be applying to work there?
