For all you Dexter fans out there who were totally bummed to find out that Julie Benz’s character Rita passed away in the finale episode last season, don’t worry – she’ll be back on the show!
Not only will Julie be in a new ABC series “No Ordinary Family,” she will also be returning to “Dexter” for season 5 – but there is no word yet on how many episodes she will be in.
So how will this work? Well, if you watch the show you know that Dexter regularly has conversations with his father’s ghost, Harry, well it turns out the writers will be doing something similar with Rita – it is being speculated that Dexter could see Rita in a flashback, or perhaps on an old video tape.
A rap for the show said that Rita’s appearance will “help Dexter deal with his newfound feelings of loss and grief — emotions he has never really felt before.”
How do you think she’ll appear on the show?

How cool is this! Tom Hanks posted this video on Twitter of himself driving in a car past a Toy Story 3 billboard featuring Woody – the character that he lends his voice to! This makes us even MORE excited to see Walt Disney Pictures’ Toy Story 3 when it hits theaters on June 18th! What about you?
Oh Justin Bieber…at least you have cat-like reflexes and can stop yourself just moments before ramming your head into glass a second time.
Justin Tweeted the video above, along with:
yes it is true…i almost nailed my head on a glass door again…almost.
Good thing he stopped himself! That would have hurt! Click here to watch the first time Justin had a run in with a glass door.
As we mentioned yesterday, Disney had already put together two commercials, one for each of the possible winners of American Idol. The winners’ commercial would air shortly after the world found out they won.
The idols had pre-recorded the song “When You Wish Upon A Star” to play during the commercial and the ads were designed to promote travel to the Walt Disney World Resort and the American Idol Experience attraction at the park.
A Disney camera crew was on hand when Lee found out he won to capture the magic phrase “I’m Going To Disney World!” which was quickly added to the commercial before it aired. Watch above.
Congratulations to the new American Idol winner, Lee DeWyze!
