On August 3rd, Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment will be releasing “James and the Giant Peach” to Blu-ray Disc. The film was produced by Tim Burton and based on the children’s novel written by Roald Dahl.
The movie is about a young boy who climbs into a giant peach and has an adventure he will never forget amongst a cast of interesting wildlife friends.
The Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack of the movie will retail for $39.99, while bonus features include:
- Production Featurette – A look at the making of the film.
- “Good News” Music Video performed by Randy Newman
- Still Frame Gallery
- Original Theatrical Trailer
- Spike the Aunts Interactive Game

Miley Cyrus’ jewelry, from her Miley Cyrus & Max Azria line, has finally been yanked from the shelves after months of Walmart being aware that it may be dangerous for children because it contains high levels of cadmium.
The only chance of the jewelry being dangerous is if it is bitten, chewed on sucked on. Miley’s rep told E! News:
The Miley Cyrus & Max Azria line is not for children. It is sold in our ladies apparel section and it was designed for and marketed to older audiences. However, it is possible that a few younger consumers may seek it out in stores. Miley Cyrus & Max Azria jewelry is not intended for children, but as part of our unwavering commitment to protecting the safety of children, we are removing all of the jewelry from sale while we investigate its compliance with our children’s jewelry standard. We voluntarily withdrew the few products that did not. As we have always done, if customers raise new concerns, we will evaluate the products involved and take appropriate action.
Walmart has known about the dangers of the jewelry since February 2010.

Demi Lovato took to Twitter to let her fans know that she has split from boyfriend Joe Jonas:
There are so many crazy rumors flying around today. I’d like to clear a few things up. First, Joe and I did split but it wasn’t over the phone. Things didn’t work out but we’ll remain friends. Secondly, I am NOT dating anybody already. Nothing is more important to me than the relationship I have with my fans.. Just thought you guys should know this.
It is being reported that Demi has been asked to keep the phone break up a secret, but we’ll take her word for it!

E! News is reporting that after Joe Jonas had his dad call her to break up their relationship, Demi has turned to actor Wilmer Valderrama and has been in constant contact with him since the Jemi split.
A source told E!:
She complained about Joe to him a lot. Now they’re talking and dating.
