Toy Story 3 Adidas Sneakers
Disney Consumer Products has teamed up with Adidas to create a new line for kids and infants with designs inspired by the characters in the new Disney/Pixar movie “Toy Story 3,” which opens on June 18th. The sneakers collection, for boys and girls, include shoes based on Cowboy Woody, Space Ranger Buzz Lightyear, the Army Men and Bo-Peep. The sneakers are available in Adidas Sport Performance Stores and select Disney Stores, in addition to select sports retailers around the world.
Adidas designer Daniel Rabus said about the sneakers:
Our design inspiration for all shoes is to do what Disney does best: to tell the story of the movie characters and bring them to life! So kids really wear their favourite character on their feet. I watched Disney’s first Toy Story film with my little sister in 1996 and she loved it. Today I watch it with my little son and he loves it too. I think the themes of friendship and playing are completely timeless so will continue to appeal to the next generation of kids.
