The community has been designed by Disney Imagineers so of course it will have a wonderful Disney feel to it, while also having a number of different designs from around the world – including Tuscan, as you can see in the artist rendering of one of the homes above.

The community, named after Walt’s Golden Oak Ranch in California, will include not only homes, but also parks, pedestrian pathways and a private clubhouse. Residents will also have access to many of the amenities at the planned Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World, including the spa, restaurants, event space and the golf course.

In addition, residents in the community will be privilege to a number of Walt Disney World Resort amenities:

– Private VIP transportation
– A suite of in-park benefits
– Access to select special-event tickets
– Community-hosted activities throughout the year

And other amenities offered at the resort through the concierge include:

– Move-in services
– Travel and private transportation
– Disney parks and special-event tickets
– Golf tee-times
– Dinner reservations
