22. Franck’s Bridal Studio At Walt Disney World Resort Gets An Update
Franck’s Bridal Studio located at the Walt Disney World Resort is a place for couples to meet with Disney wedding planners and go through all the details leading up to their special day. Here is the description from the Disney website:
“Brides-to-be can meet with their Disney Wedding Specialist to select all the elements that comprise their storybook wedding: music, entertainment, photography, candelabras, centerpieces, sample specialty linens, fresh floral arrangements, world-class cuisine, cakes and guest books.”
The studio was named after the wedding planner character Franck Eggelhoffer, played by Martin Short, in the Touchstone Pictures movie “Father of the Bride” and has been open for 15 years at Disney.
Updates being done to the studio include new online tools being added to help couples plan their wedding even when they are not at the resort. The new tools will include:
- Allowing guests to accept RSVPs
- Sharing wedding details with friends and family
- Purchasing tickets to the resort and parks
Other updates to the studio include two new planning rooms, new computers and TVs, and new decorations in the building. You should expect these updates to be finished by the end of July 2010.

In a recent interview with MTV News, Miley Cyrus talked about how she wants her music to empower people to do what they want in life. Miley says it is important to really think about what you want to do with your life rather than lead the life people may be telling you to lead.
Miley says that the two songs that have the strongest empowerment messages on her new album are “Can’t Be Tamed” and “Liberty Walk.”

“Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam” premieres on the Disney Channel on September 3rd at 8/7c and not only are we excited to see some of our favorite Disney stars in the movie and hear a number of new Camp Rock songs, we are also extremely excited to see the dance moves in the movie, especially after watching the video below, which goes into detail about the choreography in “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.”
