The 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards were held in Toronto, Canada on Sunday, June 20th, and the Jonas Brothers won an award for International Video of the Year for their hit song “Paranoid.”
We wish the JoBros could have attended the awards show, but they were busy in London, England where Nick was getting ready to perform in the production of “Les Miserables.” Nick’s opening night took place this week and his brothers and parents were there to support him – click here to listen to what Nick had to say about his opening night.
Congratulations for the award guys!
Walt Disney Pictures has announced that they will be remaking the movie “Friday Night” and that the film is set to release in October 2011 in 3D. The original comedy/horror movie opened in 1985.
Colin Farrell is set to star as a vampire while Anton Yelchin will star as his teen neighbor who suspects him of not being human. Other actors set to star in the film include Toni Colette (who will play Anton’s mother), David Tennant, Imogen Poots, Asim Ahmad and Christopher Mintz-Plasse
Sounds interesting – we can’t wait to learn more!
The star of the “Harry Potter” franchise, Daniel Radcliffe, revealed in a recent interview with MTV that he was convinced Justin Bieber was a girl when he heard his music:
I only heard Justin Bieber for the first time two weeks ago. I genuinely thought it was a woman singing. I’d never heard it before. Is it big in England yet? I’m so out of the loop when it comes to pop culture that I kind of don’t even try anymore.
Wow, you have to be pretty removed from all media sources to not know who Justin Bieber is! We wonder what Daniel does with his free time, because we know it’s not watching TV, listening to the radio, or surfing the web!
Chelsea Staub talked to OK! Magazine about how she is so close with her co-stars the Jonas Brothers (of the Disney Channel Original Series “JONAS LA”) that she gives them relationship advice:
We talk about the dos and don’ts of relationships…They’ve met guys that I’ve dated and they haven’t liked them and told me. And helped me kind of with my relationship situations. They’re kind of serial monogamists, so I would tell them just date, that way no one’s mad at you at the end of the day. Let’s not make anything official for a little while. Just have fun, you’re young, just enjoy being single.
Well, we already know Kevin is off the market, but who would you like to see Joe and Nick with in the future?
