New Logo For Disney’s “Tangled” Movie

A new logo has been released for Disney’s movie “Tangled,” which is set to premiere in theaters this November 2010. The animated movie is based on the story of Rapunzel, which was part of the collection of Fairy Tales compiled by Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm.

Did you know that even though the brothers, Jacob and Wilhelm, are credited for the Fairy Tales they compiled, they didn’t actually write any of them. They listened to stories from many of the women around them in their town and who they met on their travels. And, even though many of the stories related to families of little wealth in those times, the Grimm brothers heard the stories from more wealthy women and middle-class women, and while the brothers themselves struggled in life as their father passed away when they were young and their mother struggled with a number of children and very little money, also passing away at a young age, they were sent away to school and well-educated with the help of their aunts funding.
