According to Bloomberg, the Walt Disney Company has purchased Playdom Inc for $563.2 million. Playdom is the second-biggest maker of games played on Facebook and MySpace.
The reports also say that Playdom’s owners may receive an additional $200 million if performance goals for the company are met.
