Later this year, the Disney Channel’s new movie “Avalon High” will air. The movie is based on a novel and is about a girl, named Allie, who transfers to Avalon High because her parents are traveling professors who specialize in King Arthur’s legend.
Allie is excited for the new school, that is, until she realizes something is a little strange. She begins to notice parallels between the past and the present while she is researching a term paper on King Arthur’s legacy:
“From handsome quarterback Will, his cheerleader girlfriend, Jen, and their best friend, Lance, to Will’s brooding step-brother, Marco, a quirky kid named Miles and football players who act like knights of the roundtable.”
