Alright, we love Joe Jonas, but we’re not entirely sure that we believe him 100% on this one. In a recent interview with The Star he said:
I know there’s people out there who say I’ve been breaking hearts, but listen to our songs. They speak the truth. If hearts have been broken, they’re usually ours. What happens in our relationships winds up in our songs and haters will be haters.
Uh…Joe’s the one that broke up with Taylor Swift, and Demi Lovato…so who has broken his heart? Maybe Camilla Belle? But who else?

i absolutely believe and im not saying that just because im a fan its true listen to their songs it tells a story and if you dont hear it then look at the lyrics because they say it all even when hes the one breaking up with a girl

Joe, I love you and a few of your songs are about heartbreak. However YOU were the one that broke up with Demi and Taylor. I know Demi really liked you, so you had to know that you really broke her heart. As if breaking Demi and Taylor’s hearts wasn’t enough you pretty much broke up with them in the harshest ways. Now, maybe when you were younger a whole bunch of girls went out with you and maybe one in ten broke your heart but you don’t have to take it out on your celebrity girlfriends now.

Please don’t be so harsh on Joe and take it out on him. He has never cheated on anyone and never will. He admits that Taylor broke his heart by dumping him in a 27-second phone call in 2008. He is no cad and is telling the truth. And he’s not a jerk , either. So stop taking all this hate out on him. He’s a nice, kind, funny, sweet , friendly, generous, gracious, well-mannered, well-educated and talented young man. He has a lot to learn in life. And that tramp Camilla also broke his heart by cheating on him with a race car driver, and he cried about it, so don’t blame it all on him. He’s no heartbreaker in my opinion. I totally believe him 100% percent on this one. Oh, and I’m pretty sure he feels bad about breaking up with Demi, because she needs him and he needs her. I LOVE YOU JOE JONAS, YOU ARE A GREAT GUY.

Never liked to talk about honesty of unknown people, this can be a journey to middle age. He is old enough to administrate his own choices. BTW what people did not show in Camilla Belle’s photos ‘cheating’ is that her mother was in fact by her side. And all this gossip around this guy is another inutile little drama made by media, one can not buy anything.
I don’t know, maybe all of his other relationships besides Taylor & Demi were with him getting his heart broken. But in his two MOST publicized relationships, he definitely did the heart breaking, so this statement seems like more of a cover up than the entire truth. I would’ve believed him more if he had said “I know a lot of people think that I’ve been breaking hearts but, believe it or not, I’ve gotten my heart broken many times before. We write a lot of our songs about it. It’s never easy breaking up with someone or getting you’re heart broken but life happens and I’m sure a lot of people can relate…”
I love Joe, he’s handsome and hilarious but he’s definitely broken some hearts. I think he’s just a little immature sometimes and doesn’t know what he wants. It’s never easy breaking up with people, but with both Demi and Taylor, there were better times/places and ways of doing it. I don’t care whether Taylor hung up on him or not (because I probably would have too lol) but breaking up with someone in the first 27 seconds of a phone call is NOT OKAY. There couldn’t have been any conversation or prior explanation. She literally picked up the phone and he MAYBE said hello, how are you, This isn’t working, I’m breaking up with you…” And with Demi, I just feel like he didn’t give her any signs that anything was wrong and then just broke up with her out of nowhere. 2 days before they broke up they did the Teen Vogue shoot and if you watch the video from it, they seemed smitten. Even Demi said that there was nothing missing. Joe said that he felt their friendship was more important, but they were best friends before. If he wasn’t going to be in it for the long haul, he should’ve never taken their relationship to that level then imo. He really could have figured that out before.
Still love Joe, just don’t think he’s completely innocent when it comes to the end of relationships. But that’s life…
just because he broke up with them doesn’t mean he doesn’t get a bit heartbroken too..I mean it must have hurt him as well when he hurt Demi because he wouldn’t have wanted to cause her pain and they don’t have the same friendship anymore…same with Taylor

Of course I believe Joe. You can hear it in the Jonas Brothers’ songs. They speak the truth and come from the heart. He’s had his heart broken many times before. Even when he’s the one who has to break up with a girl, it hurts him inside. In that case, he has to tell whoever he’s breaking up with how he’s feeling and why they can’t be together anymore. I know there are rumors that Joe’s a heart-breaker but those are all lies. Yes, he broke up with Demi and Taylor, but what did everyone want him to do? Stay together with someone he doesn’t love just to make her happy? As a good friend of mine told me once, haters will be haters, but Joe’s a good guy. I believe him infinity percent.

People get over yourselves. So what if he has broken up with Demi and Taylor? Just because they’re celebrities and Taylor completely freaked out on him, doesn’t mean he isn’t telling the truth. I’m not saying he is, I’m not saying he’s not. I’m just saying that things don’t work out in a lot of relationships, but just because it was a public break-up (TWO break-ups, people, not ten) people automatically claim he’s a heart-breaker. First of all, Taylor is the one that hung up and she’s the one that is still hung up about after like two years. GET OVER IT GIRL! And second, Demi has already forgiven him after only like a month and she says they’re back to being best friends. There is more going on than just what one person tells you. Joe is very careful about what he says, so that he won’t hurt anyone unnecessarily. And it seems that many of the issues with his relationships are that they ARE public. Think about it, AJ and him broke up after she went public, Camille and him broke up after they went public, Taylor and Demi the same. Maybe he simply wants his relationships to be kept quiet so it will be more special and when it goes public, it’s not so special anymore. Same with Nick and Miley. You can’t just automatically assume it happened one way because you like someone/don’t like someone. It’s pointless.

Ok, for real, HOW LONG are people gonna go on about Taylor Swift here? They broke up 2 years ago. And that conversation was really short because she hung up on him. He didn’t hang up on her. Get it straight people. I know she was really hurt, but that’s life dude. Break ups hurt. They’re not fun. But it doesn’t make the other person horrible for doing it. Would it have been better for him to stay with Taylor even though he wasn’t into it anymore? NO.
