David Archuleta appeared on FOX’s Good Day New York segment where he talked about his upcoming album “The Other Side Of Down,” due out on October 5th. David also performed his new single “Somethin ‘Bout Love” which sounds just as good live as the version released for the radio!
The hosts of the show also put David on the spot when they ask about whether or not he has ever been in love or in a relationship. Check out David’s response below:
Holy Cow!!!! Even acoustical SBL is amazing! He has so much class!!! He was able to get the question answered the way he intended the song! The song is so great because it relates to love in general. David always says that he likes a song that the listener can bring in what it means to them. Love disappoints-parents divorcing,family,husbands,wives young love. But his point is to never gives up at love. This was a short version check out the itunes version. cant wait for the album!!

Wow…just catching up on “my David” since being away a bit…and I’ve just played the two live versions of SBL..the Arthur Ashe performance and this more acoustic version. and…David blows me away. ONCE AGAIN!! His musicality is just so diverse. Already I can see with SBL, as with every song… we will never, EVER get a “repeat” performance from him…from layered pop-produced radio version, to original live riffs, to this subtle, beautiful, gentle version. This kid IS music. He has it in him in spades, and there is just no end to his talent. Lucky, lucky us…his fans. Tku David.
