The series was created by children’s book author and illustrator Noah Z. Jones and stars the following actors’ voices:
- Kyle Massey (“Cory in the House”) as Milo
- Chelsea Staub (“JONAS L.A.”) as Bea
- Justin Roiland (“The Sarah Silverman Program”) as Oscar
There will also be a number of recurring guest stars, including:
- Rachel Dratch
- Richard Simmons
- Jerry Stiller
- Atticus Shaffer
- Edie McClurg
The show is executive produced by both Noah and Maxwell Atoms while Carl Greenblatt and Bill Reiss are directing the episodes.
The show follows three friends, Milo, Bea and Oscar, who live in a giant fish tank. The friends are in high school and together experience the typical life challenges, including friendship, dating, sports and being attacked by lobsters!
Does this sound like a show you’ll be tuning in for?

My four sons and I tuned to Fish Hooks tonight for the first show…What a dissapointment. My oldest son and I lost interest within the first seven minutes while my twins made it to the second commercial and my youngest turned off a few minutes after that.
This is the kind of mindless junk that other networks have been feeding our children, we deserve better than that from you…Walt Disney Derserves better than that.
Come on guys, you have the best animators in the industry and this is the best you can come up with…Walt would have fired all of you including the Canadian division.
As far as Fish Hooks, Cute Idea, BAD exicution. You need to get better writers and send the animators back to Flash school, as far as my family is concerned, we will be watching another network during that time slot.
NOT IMPRESSED!
hi my name is gary

I LOVE DISNEY CHANNEL:} <3 keep up the good work:]
alright so i like to think of myself as a pretty mature 18 year old guy and i saw this show for the first time right now. within the first 20 seconds i knew i liked it. i love the humor and the way jokes are executed and what not. i think its funny. and i watch family guy and stuff but anyway, i really like the show even though it isnt really made for my age group haha
i love jonas brothers
Sorry but although I am a big fan of the Disney Channel I can’t stand this show.
The art work is mediocre and unoriginal and its not well written; the characters are unlikeable and vulgar. Its tacky and not worthy of the channel or the talented actors doing the voices. As soon as it comes on everyone at my house groans and changes the channel.
I can see where the humor could appeal to the tween/teen set, so put it on XD w/ Zeke and Luther and such. The 18 year old who also watches Family Guy, proves that. For us with the elementary set, it’s not an appropriate watch at all and the channel gets changed quick. I agree with the comments that the show’s characters are vulgar – what lessons there are about friendship are completely overshadowed by the spastic, rude valley girl manner that the female characters act and the bullying that all the characters, especially the males, face….
i LOVE this new show. it’s a great family show. but i was wondering… what is the girls’ name that is the really girly girl and she talks funny. she says “girrrrrl” A LOT. please im i am trying to find that out. she always makes me laugh.
