Justin Bieber filmed his concert at New York’s Madison Square Garden last night, August 31st, and to the crowds surprise Miley Cyrus was one of the special guests there to perform with Justin! Miley and Justin performed the song “Overboard” and during parts of the performance got pretty close for the cameras – oh la la!
