Joe Jonas has been spending the summer with his brothers on tour for their Jonas Brothers Concert Tour/Camp Rock 2 Concert Tour, and he has also been busy spending time with rumored girlfriend Ashley Greene (from “Twilight”). However, Joe was spotted without Nick, Kevin or Ashley at a store called American Rag in Los Angeles, California on September 15th where he was seen with another one of his friends checking out the clothes.
