Justin Bieber Spotted Making Out With Jasmine Villegas!

It is being reported that Justin Bieber was spotted making out with Jasmine Villegas on Thursday, September 16th. The two were spotted kissing in the back seat of a car.

Jasmine is the new opening act for Justin’s concert – so maybe he was just giving her a friendly “welcome to the tour” kiss, but who knows, the Justin that claims he wants to be single could in fact have a new girlfriend!

   Justin, u can like whoever u wanna like. or date whoever u wanna date, u get the point. even though u’re prob not reading this, but its nice to share u’re opoinion. i believe that u caitlin were cute together but if u have mived, good for u… itgs healthy. if u like jasmine, yippee! she’s who u like. who have u’re taste and u r entitiled 2 it. now if u r’nt dating her good for u! idk, maybe i’m a little too introspective here, but u shud always always always listen 2 u’re heart and or brain b4 u jump into a realtionship.
