On September 23rd Miley Cyrus was spotted wearing a cute dress and platform shoes as she was out and about in Los Angeles, California.
Miley recently returned home from vacation with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth – it is assumed the two traveled to Miley’s home in Tennessee. After returning home Miley filmed a video for her fans in which she dispelled a number of rumors that have been flying about her – check out the video here.

I like the dress, but I don’t like the glasses as they cover up too much of Miley’s pretty face. And that bag is as big as her. I’m surprised Miley isn’t tilting over. Shoes are so-so. Overall, not my favorite look and Miley usually looks great even in short-shorts with boots.
