Fox’s “Glee” viewer numbers went up 4% last nights episode compared to previous episodes, but why? Because former Disney pop princess Britney Spears guest starred on the show and all of the music in the episode was from Brit’s repertoire.

So how many people tuned in for the Britney episode? 13.3 million – wow! Last night’s episode was the most watched episode of “Glee” so far. Congratulations to “Glee” and to Britney!
