Disney is set to release a new movie called “Frankenweenie” in March of 2012. The stop-motion animated movie will be directed by Tim Burton and will star the voices of the following actors:
- Winona Ryder
- Martin Landau
- Catherine O’Hara
- Martin Short
The script for “Frankenweenie” was written by John August while Disney’s Don Hahn is also working on the film. Don was the producer on “Beauty and the Beast” and “The Lion King” as well as a number of other classic Disney movies.
We’ll keep you posted when more information about the movie is released, but for now it sounds promising!
If you are a fan of Julie Andrews or “The Sound of Music” you should tune in to Oprah on October 29th! The cast of “The Sound of Music” is set to be reunited on the show, including Julie (who you may also know as Disney’s Mary Poppins!) who played Maria , Christopher Plummer (Captain von Trapp), Charmian Carr (Leisl), Nicholas Hammond (Fredrich), Duane Chase (Kurt) and more!
During the episode viewers will be able to see behind-the-scenes moments that have never been seen including a performance by the real von Trapp children!

Justin Bieber may be getting uber popular, but that doesn’t worry the Jonas Brothers! When asked recently if they were scared about their fans dropping support for them to become Beliebers, Kevin Jonas answered:
I think there is a room for everybody. We’re not afraid of anything or worried about anything. We’re just being who we are and making the music that we love. We’re proud of the guys that are following their dreams. As long as they’re doing it for the right reasons, we’ll totally support them.

Actor Eric Stonestreet who plays Cameron on ABC’s comedy show “Modern Family” Tweeted two new photos from the set of the second season of the show! One of the photos is of his daughter on the show, Lily, and the other is of his partner on the show, Mitchell (played by Jesse Tyler Ferguson).
