Some of the cast of ABC’s hit comedy show “Modern Family” will be on tonight’s episode of ABC’s “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.” Here is what “Modern Family” star Rico Rodriguez Tweeted to his fans:

Martin Alexander has filed a complaint with the District Court in New York which states that the defendants have illegally copied “Modern Family” based on his own copyrighted work.
According to the paperwork, Martin had created and copyrighted a show called “Lonny Ben,” which is similar to “Modern Family” and had been shopping it around to various networks before “Modern Family” came to be.
Martin even filed a proposed cast list with the US Copyright Office in 2006 that included actress Sofia Vergara – who now has a role on ABC’s comedy show.

Touchstone Pictures is releasing a new 3D movie to theaters on February 11, 2011 called “Gnomeo & Juliet.” The movie is directed by Kelly Asbury who co-directed “Shrek 2″ and is based on the classic story “Romeo and Juliet” from Shakespeare.
The movie stars the voices of James McAvoy as Gnomeo and Emily Blunt as Juliet. The two gnomes get caught in a feud between neighbors – will they be able to find a happy ending?
Selena Gomez revealed to MTV News that she had to fight for her new song “Rock God” on her album “A Year Without Rain.” Here’s what the pop star had to say:
Katy Perry gave me a song called Rock God, it’s one of my favorite songs ever. I actually had to fight for that song – I wanted it so bad. It’s kind of funky, and I think I used her style and we kind of mixed it up with the producers that I worked with with my style, so we made it a little bit more techno. I just loved her style, and she did background vocals on that as well, so I was very, very blessed on the record, ’cause it’s so much fun, and I can’t wait to perform it.
