ABC’s “Modern Family” star Sofia Vergara has teamed with producer Ben Silverman to adapt the Spanish series “Aqui No Hay Quien Viva,” meaning “I Hate This Place.” The sitcom will be about a strict father and his unfocused son who have to overcome their differences to run an apartment building that is full of eccentric tenants.
