Miley Cyrus Poses With Tish Cyrus And Noah Cyrus
Miley Cyrus was out to breakfast with her mom, Tish Cyrus, and her younger sister, Noah Cyrus, at Patty’s Restaurant in Toluca Lake, California on October 12th where the photo above was taken.
A lot of parents aren’t overly pleased with the way Miley has been dressing lately, but it seems as though Miley’s 10-year-old sister may be the next in line for fashion controversy.

Yeah there’s no way that child has any sort of a chest, there is absolutely no need for a bra. And if she wants to wear one, her mum should make sure it’s covered. Wowwwww.

if a ten year old’s mom encourage their child to wear bra, they should tell then to wear it properly (the bra should be covered!)
